PAYMENTS: Tuition payments may be made via check or cash or online with the Sawyer link on the Registration page.
REGISTRATION FEE: Each student is charged a non-refundable registration fee.
TUITION PAYMENT OPTIONS: Monthly tuition is due by the first class of the month. The option is also available to pay by the semester or year.
Tuition A: Students must participate in all studio fundraisers
Tuition B: Student does not have to participate in studio fundraisers
LATE FEES: There will be a 10% late fee added to all tuition not received by the 15th of each month. Returned checks will be charged additional handling fees.
REFUND POLICY: No refunds, credits, or transfers to another semester or month. Students who miss classes or withdraw before the end of a semester or month are still obligated for the full semester or month’s tuition. Students who are unsure of a full year of attendance should opt for monthly or semester payments as we do not refund tuition. Students are eligible for a pro-rated tuition refund only if they must withdraw from classes due to prolonged illness or severe injury verified by a doctor’s certificate.
OTHER FEES: Production fees for Nutcracker and Spring Gala Performances and costume expense for the Spring Gala.
SEMESTER/YEARLY PAYMENTS: Tuition discounts are available for semester or full-year payments by a certain date. Please note the discount only applies to the actual tuition rate and not to any added fundraiser ‘buy-out options’
* 10% discount for full year payment by September 1st
* 5% discount for full year payment by first week of classes
* 5% discount for semester payment by first week of classes
MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN: Payments are due by the first class of each month. The year’s tuition is divided into 8 equal payments September-June. Each payment is the same regardless of the number of classes or vacation days in a month.
FUNDRAISER OPT-OUT: Families who wish to be excluded from all or some fundraising may chose to pay an additional monthly fee separate from their tuition rate. Every student must complete a tuition option form along with their registration to indicate their choice for the year.
